I wanted to showcase a wine that I feel deserves a little more recognition. 2018 Domaine De Fontsainte Corbieres Gris de Gris is a fantastic rosé that is perfect any time of year. It’s predominantly Grenache Gris with bits of Mourvedre and Carignan. Notes of orange zest and red berries with a brisk stony finish. Great with fried vegetables.
